Network Tower receives property enquiries from owners who may have land, agricultural property, vacant plots, buildings or other suitable locations. Submission or approval of an application does not by itself guarantee final tower installation. Final action may depend on location, technical feasibility, verification, network requirements, documentation and other applicable approvals.

Account Verification
After applicable file approval, account verification may be carried out. The stated verification charge is refundable according to the applicable refund conditions.
NOC / Documentation
After the applicable account verification stage, the required NOC or related documentation process may be initiated. The stated charge is refundable according to the applicable refund conditions.
Family Profile Verification
Where an eligible family-member employment process is applicable, identity and profile verification may be required. The stated charge is refundable according to the applicable refund conditions.
Nature of the Above Charges
The amounts displayed on this page are described as company/service-related verification or documentation charges and should not be represented as TRAI fees, government fees or mandatory government charges unless an applicable official authority specifically requires such a payment.

Refund Policy
The account verification charge of ₹4,799, the NOC / documentation charge of ₹3,499 and the applicable family profile verification charge of ₹1,799 are described as refundable charges under the stated service process.

The NOC/documentation charge stated on this page is ₹3,499 and is described as refundable under the applicable refund conditions.
A documentation or NOC process should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee that a telecom tower will ultimately be installed at the property.
Family Member Employment Verification
Where the applicable project or arrangement includes a family-member employment opportunity for the person whose property is selected for a network tower, the eligible family member may be required to complete identity and profile verification.
The stated profile verification charge is ₹1,799 and is described as refundable according to the applicable refund conditions.
Employment is subject to applicable eligibility, verification, role availability and other applicable requirements. Submission of a profile should not be interpreted as an unconditional employment guarantee.

Final Site / Tower Decision
Final tower installation, site selection, technical feasibility, network requirement, documentation and other applicable approvals remain subject to the relevant assessment and authorization process. An application, payment, verification or NOC/documentation stage should not by itself be treated as a guaranteed tower installation.
